In collaboration between Lyceum and the Merantix AI Campus, "Packets & Protocols" is a conversation series that brings together the builders of Europe’s AI infrastructure—across hardware, software, cloud, and policy.
Rather than abstract debates, this series focuses on the operator’s perspective: those designing chips, scaling clouds, deploying AI in regulated sectors, and navigating the real constraints of compute in Europe.
From sustainability and sovereignty to supply chains and software gaps, "Packets & Protocols" explores the technical, strategic, and political decisions shaping the foundation of AI in Europe.
